Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to love every piece you bring into your home. But if something is not quite right, we have made our return and refund process as simple and stress-free as possible — with free returns and no restocking fees on every order.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Unassembled and uninstalled — items that have been assembled, mounted, or installed are not eligible for return.
- In its original packaging, with all tags, components, hardware, and documentation included.
- Free from damage caused by the customer.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or used.
- Items that are missing original packaging or components.
- Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked on the product page).
- Requests made after the 30-day delivery window.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please see Section 5 below for separate handling instructions.
2. How to Start a Return

Please include the following in your request:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed return instructions. Please do not send items back without first obtaining a return authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all orders. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging with all components before shipping.
4. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns. Your refund will cover the full purchase price of the returned item, with no deductions beyond what is outlined in this policy.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@homestylefurnitureofastoria.com with:
- Your order number.
- Photographs of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will arrange a free return pickup or provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:
- You will be notified of your refund approval within 3–5 business days.
- Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Since all orders include free shipping, there is no original shipping cost to refund.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@homestylefurnitureofastoria.com within 30 days of delivery. Our team will confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process, including a prepaid return label for the original item.
The replacement item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item.
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet shipped. To cancel, contact us at info@homestylefurnitureofastoria.com with your order number.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
